The Guerrato apartments are large and spacious and are located near St. Mark’s Square, the historical and artistic heart of the city; and near to the Rialto bridge with the well-known fish market an area of the most authentic evening “nightlife”.  In these area you’ll find many typical Venetian ‘osterie’, where you can taste the best Venetian ‘cicchetti’, and many restaurants offering home made, traditional dishes of the Venetian cuisine open now (for Covid Emergency) until 11 p.m.

The apartment “Mercerie”, in St. Mark District nr. 750 is large 80 square meters and is located at two minutes walking distance from Saint Mark’s Square, in the famous Mercerie “street”, that connects St. Mark’s Square to Rialto and still rich (as in the past) of prestigious and luxury shops.
The apartment, on the second floor, consists of two large bedrooms with king size bed, two bathrooms (with shower), large living room with fully equipped kitchen. It has air conditioning/heating, TV, wifi, sheets and towels. It is possible to add 2 extra single beds.

The “Piccolo Guerrato” is a charming small apartment just a few minutes away from St. Mark’s Square. This location provides you with an excellent base to visit the city. Modern and functional furniture gives Piccolo Guerrato the look of a Venetian house where you will be able to live as a ‘local citizen’ during your holidays. The Piccolo Guerrato apartment is located in St. Mark district nr. 602 and is a property built in the 14th century. It consists of one bedroom with a king size bed, one room with two single beds, a bathroom with sink, toilet and shower, a small kitchenette with refrigerator and microwave oven, air conditioning.

“Carampane” is a nice and spacious apartment newly renovated. This apartment is located at 5 minutes walking distance from the Pensione Guerrato, near the Rialto market in San Polo 1519/b (calle dei Boteri). This apartment, which can accommodate up to 8 persons, consists of two large bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen; the apartment is air conditioned and furnished with TV, washing machine, and safe. The Carampane apartment is very bright, as it overlooks a small canal and has a quiet, but central, location.

The apartment “Scudi”, 100 square meters, is located inside the building of the hotel, two minutes walking distance from Rialto bridge, close to Rialto market area (San Polo 240/a).
The apartment, on the fourth floor (70 steps, no lift), consists of three bedrooms with king size bed, living room, fully equipped kitchen. It has washing machine, dishwasher, air conditioning/heating, TV, wi-fi, sheets and towels.
